Mayer McCann Does Double Doodie for the Environment

While working with Hov-Hov Dog Bakery, Mayer McCann developed a new innovative, ecological dog treat that turns dog waste into plant crop. This treat not only helps dogs’ digestion, but also betters our environment by making, for example, “abandoned land more beautiful.”

Hov-Hov Dog Bakery’s “Dog Pookies” are cookies made of natural ingredients, including sunflower, flax or hemp flower seeds. When consumed, the seeds pass through the dog’s digestive tract, to the soil, eventually turning a dog’s deposit into a blossoming flower. Mayer McCann and Hov-Hov Dog Bakery are revolutionizing the dog treat industry by innovatively addressing the age-old civic responsibility of cleaning up after your dog.
