CarBravo and MRM Detroit are revolutionizing creative commerce once again with a playful activation at the 2025 Detroit Auto Show. This year’s campaign features over 1,000 toy-sized pop-up shops scattered throughout Downtown Detroit, particularly outside the Huntington Place Convention Center. Designed to promote CarBravo’s affordable and certified used vehicles, each toy car comes with a QR code that directs users to nearby CarBravo dealerships, blending fun and functionality while rethinking the car-shopping experience.

This activation builds on CarBravo’s Cannes Lion-winning 2024 campaign, where they cleverly acquired highly inflated Barbie toy cars during the height of Barbie mania and sold them at fair, honest prices—just like the full-sized vehicles on their site. By taking the concept to a smaller scale, the campaign shifts focus from the traditional showroom setting, aiming to captivate the attention of the auto show’s 800,000 annual attendees with a fun and memorable experience.
