CarMax and The Martin Agency have partnered to launch a quirky and whimsical campaign titled “BeetleMax: The Way Car Buying Shouldn’t Be.” Launched in collaboration with Warner Bros. Pictures, the campaign taps into the spooky fun of the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice sequel. Featuring the mischievous Beetlejuice, CarMax playfully highlights all the things that make traditional car buying a nightmare, and shows off how their approach is refreshingly different and hassle-free.
At the heart of the “BeetleMax” campaign is a lively 90-second hero film that takes viewers on a chaotic tour through a Beetlejuice-run car dealership. The campaign cleverly blends humor and nostalgia, starring beloved characters from the Beetlejuice Beetlejuice movie and featuring creative nods that pay homage to the original film.
