R/GA’s ‘Not So FAQ’ Addresses Diversity in the Workplace

Many companies have collectives and events to solve the need for "diversity," but these initiatives often isolate minority groups to the point where inclusivity is left in the dark. R/GA’s “Not So FAQ” video series and card game aims to bridge the gap by facilitating a safe space to openly talk about what makes us different, and often very much the same. The purpose of the game is to get to know someone on a level you simply can't through day-to-day business operations. As we ask and answer those “Not So Frequently Asked Questions,” we gain and create empathy, knowledge, and most important, inclusion. Read more.
