Deutsch has promoted four department leaders to its C-suite, affirming the agency’s focus on innovation and leadership. Ivan Perez-Armendariz will be the Chief Digital Officer, Heide Peper Hays will serve as Chief Data and Intelligence Officer, Diego de la Maza will take on the role of Chief Production Officer, and Lauren Tetuan will step into the role of Chief Media Officer.

“We would not be the agency we are today without their leadership and vision,” said Deutsch Chief Executive Officer Kim Getty in a statement. “They go above and beyond to not only create unignorable and innovative work, but to create a culture every Deutscher is proud to take part in.”

Each of the newly appointed leaders brings a unique set of expertise. Armendariz, who joined Deutsch in 2019, has driven digital innovations, including Taco Bell’s app redesign and AI-powered campaigns for Snapple and PetSmart. Peper Hays, with over 20 years of experience in data and media strategy, has built Deutsch’s analytics practice into a key agency strength. De la Maza has led integrated production efforts since 2018, overseeing projects across broadcast, experiential and print while expanding the agency’s music capabilities. Tetuan, a 17-year Deutsch veteran, has built the digital media team from the ground up, leading initiatives across programmatic, social and search media.

These appointments reinforce Deutsch’s vision for continued growth and its dedication to delivering cutting-edge solutions for clients.
