IW Group also established the National Millennial Community and GenZ Council in January, 2016. These organizations are comprised of more than 300 students, alumni and faculty from 35 states and the District of Columbia. The National Millennial Community and GenZ Council have met with more than 135 corporate, foundation, governmental and nonprofit executives and have served as a resource for several IPG agencies.
