We are experts in running large-scale global and regional campaigns. And we’re supported by our global Golin colleagues who know their own geographies, languages, inhabitants and issues like the back of their hands. Health with a human touch
Healthcare is an industry with people at its heart. And everything we do through communication is about helping people make better decisions about health and wellbeing. That’s why Being Human is so important.
Virgo’s unique set of values have been at our core since inception and they have evolved to reflect our team’s belief in bringing the human touch back into healthcare. Being Human means we strive to always communicate in a personalised and authentic way. It means we recognise what people really think, believe and do. It means we understand our clients, and their diverse audiences, as individuals.
With the industry under unprecedented scrutiny, we believe putting our Being Human philosophy into action truly helps our clients to access their audiences and engage them in a relevant way and allows them to achieve exceptional results.
Being Human in practice
We take the greatest pride in delivering human insight-driven, ground-breaking and award-winning health communications that make a real difference.
Our teams work in four key divisions - Virgo Health Communications, Virgo Consumer Health & Wellbeing, Virgo Health Education and egg, our healthcare innovation hub (www.eggweinnovate.com). Each division is supported by our in-house digital and design teams.
We’re organised around what our clients need. We nurture our people’s expertise and pride ourselves on deep knowledge and creativity in every one of these areas.

Our bespoke portal is led by visual and active content for maximum engagement. Almost 3,000 users across 32 countries have used it: it has become the new standard practice in investigator training. The client asked us to develop five more as a result. Read More
