Cadreon Women’s Impact Hosts ‘The Need for Male Allies’

With women making up only 2.9% of ad tech CEOs, it is important to raise awareness about the challenges that women face in the tech industry and the need for men to be part of the solution. Cadreon’s Women’s Impact Group recently hosted a panel discussion, “The Need for Male Allies” to address this. Panel participants – Evan Adelman from Condé Nast, Jack Bamberger from Oath, Brian McMahon from Orion and Erica Schmidt from Cadreon shared insights on their experiences, along with the practices men can embrace to be allies and advocate for gender equality.
