FCB Buenos Aires Plants Trees With Books

Trees give us so much, including books – and many are produced every day. In fact, in Argentina, nearly 45 million book pages are produced each day! Now, thanks to FCB Buenos Aires and children’s book publisher Pequeño Editor, trees can grow from books. Pequeño Editor needed to stand out with an educational message for children, so they created Tree Book Tree, a book for kids ages 8-12 that when planted, will sprout a tree. Created with acid free paper, jacaranda seeds and ecologically safe ink, this “book that returns to nature what it took from it,” was designed to teach children where books come from—that paper comes from trees.
