Profiles in Diversity Journal Recognizes IPG IDEAL Program

Profiles in Diversity Journal announced today that IPG has been recognized with an Award of Excellence for our IDEAL program.

IDEAL develops and advances high potential, diverse individuals who are on the cusp of the executive ranks. The program, the Interpublic Diverse Emerging and Aspiring Leadership (IDEAL) initiative, includes classroom training for protégés and their managers as well as rotating mentoring relationships and intensive career planning

Profiles in Diversity Journal today announced the winning companies and organizations for innovation excellence in diversity and inclusion and called them, “trailblazers who are unlocking innovation and driving growth around the world.”
