FCB Canada Raises Awareness About Down Syndrome

When an unborn child is diagnosed with Down Syndrome, parents typically have 10 days to decide how to proceed with the pregnancy, leading to a great deal of stress, confusion and many questions. FCB Canada partnered with The Canadian Down Syndrome Society to create “Down Syndrome Answers.” With the launch of this campaign, anyone searching the most commonly asked questions about Down Syndrome will see their questions answered by those who know first-hand, showing that the best person to answer a question about Down Syndrome is a person with Down Syndrome. The clips dispel some misconceptions about the disability and illustrate how people with Down Syndrome can play sports, cook, drive, read and do much more. Through Google AdWords, these videos will be among the first results parents find when they search for answers.
