Go RVing, the consumer-facing voice of the RV industry, partnered with Genuine to refresh their Drupal website and better engage a new generation of millennial travelers.

Genuine’s redesign drew inspiration from the freedom and flexibility an RV can provide, with visual elements guiding visitors deeper into the site. A wide array of content — including videos, blogs, articles and an influencer series — was curated to resonate with millennial interests, balancing wanderlust with practical considerations such as budgeting and trip planning. This approach helped users explore the variety of adventures available through RV travel.

Interactive features enhanced the overall experience. A new “Find Your RV” quiz and Compare RV page allowed visitors to learn about different RV types and find the best fit for their needs. Additionally, 3D RV models provided an engaging way to explore both interior and exterior features.

In addition, a new “Fit for Any Budget” landing page addresses affordability and budget tips, and a “Getting Started” section guides visitors through the process of buying or renting an RV. The final website redesign was a huge success, driving a 10x increase in dealer searches on the site compared to pre-launch.
