Mastercard, Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), McCann XBC, R&CPMK and Brooklyn Brothers teamed up to launch a new initiative honoring those standing up to cancer. Featuring the Jonas Brothers and the live debut of their single “I Can’t Lose,” the campaign celebrates stories of strength and resilience.

To kick off the initiative, Mastercard surprised Jonas Brothers superfans and loved ones affected by cancer with a once-in-a-lifetime experience, culminating in a live performance of the new song. The fans’ reactions and inspiring stories were captured in a music video, which premiered during the 2025 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard. Mastercard further amplified the campaign by pledging one cent per qualifying restaurant and grocery purchase through August 2025 — up to $5 million — to Stand Up To Cancer, providing fans an easy way to engage and support the cause.

This effort builds on Mastercard’s 15-year partnership with SU2C, which has raised more than $75 million, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to turning everyday moments into meaningful action. By combining storytelling, surprise experiences, and the unifying power of music, the initiative honors those impacted by cancer and inspires fans everywhere to join the movement.
