FP7 McCann Dubai and Mastercard debut “The Out-of-This-World Match with Luis Figo,” a record-breaking campaign that celebrates the iconic game of football.
Created by FP7 McCann Dubai, the campaign features professional footballer Luis Figo alongside seven football fans from across the world. The players were recruited to conquer the Guinness World Record for the highest football match ever played on a zero-gravity parabolic flight for a specially curated pitch.
While taking the sport to extraordinary new heights, Mastercard and FP7 McCann Dubai launched a first-of-its-kind experience that was captured in just one, continuous flight with a Guinness record representative, two timekeepers and a referee.
