The UK team at Momentum Worldwide and Bupa Global & UK, a private health insurance group, launched #TeamHealth with ParalympicsGB. The campaign aims to encourage wider inclusion in support of better physical and mental health, via a campaign that brings to life the challenges, hurdles and highs and lows of reaching a personal goal.
Research from Bupa indicates that on average, people are 24% more likely to be happy when they are a member of a team. This statistic increases to 80% for people with disabilities. Being a part of a team improves support systems, increases accountability and encourages people to follow through on their goals.
In support of this research, the campaign highlights British Paralympic hopeful Emmanuel Oyinbo-Coker and Bupa colleague Julie Vivash as they work together toward their individual goals. While Emmanuel is looking to qualify for the Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, Julie is working on improving her physical and mental health. The campaign is shown through a series of videos where the two work together to climb the top of London’s O2 arena to display physical and mental resilience and uplift one another throughout the challenge. The campaign will be posted across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
