Momentum Designs Sustainable Innovation Space for Verizon’s ‘London Hub’

The UK team at Momentum Worldwide designed a sustainable innovation space for Verizon’s new technology center. The innovation center, known as the “London Hub,” provides customers with an immersive experience designed with the intention to reduce the space’s social and environmental impact. With the assistance of native London artist Tom Robinson, the project diverted 334kg of plastic pollution from landfill. Some of the sustainable items featured in the space included cork coffee tables and recycled polyester yarn couches, which were made with plastics found in oceans and landfills.
“Thanks to Verizon’s trust in our creative idea and partnership, we’ve achieved an environmentally conscious and bold design that seamlessly works. Our innovative solution is a perfect example of the power of collaboration,” said Momentum Worldwide UK President Matt Lewis.
