Alessandro (Alex) Nisita

As Treasurer, Alex Nisita is responsible for monitoring capital markets throughout the world to determine the optimum mix of short- vs. long-term borrowing and equity capital for IPG as well as managing the Company’s exposure to changes interest and foreign exchange rates. He manages bank relationships, working capital, investments and financing arrangements. He is also responsible for setting policies governing agency and parent company treasury management operations including Financial Risk Management, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Working Capital Management.

Alex joined IPG in 2012 as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer with responsibility for International Treasury, Foreign Exchange, Cash Forecasting and Working Capital Management initiatives.

Prior to joining IPG, Alex was the Treasurer at InVentiv Health (now Syneos) where he oversaw the financing and integration of PharmaNet, i3, and Campbell, doubling the company size and establishing InVentiv as a leading provider of contract research, consulting and sales services to big Pharma. Alex also led the Treasury function at Take-Two Interactive, and held a variety of roles over a 15-year span at Merck & Co. including CFO of the MEA Human Health division and leadership of various transformation projects across global Treasury and Finance delivering both operational and financial efficiencies.

Alex holds an M.B.A in Finance from NYU Stern and B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Minnesota. He speaks fluent Italian and English and is proficient in Spanish and French. Alex is an avid skier and father of two.
