Dawn Hudson

Former Chief Marketing Officer, The National Football League

Ms. Hudson is the former Chief Marketing Officer of The National Football League. Previously, she served from 2009 to 2014 as vice chairman of The Parthenon Group, an advisory firm focused on strategy consulting. She has extensive experience in executive leadership, spanning consumer goods, foodservice, and communication companies. Her focus has been on strategic analysis and vision setting, share growth through brand building and industry-leading innovation, and negotiating sports and customer deals. She was president and chief executive officer of Pepsi-Cola North America, the beverage division of PepsiCo, Inc. for the U.S. and Canada, from 2005 to 2007 and president from 2002, and simultaneously served as chief executive officer of the foodservice division of PepsiCo, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. She spent 13 years in the marketing, advertising, and branding strategy arena with leadership positions at major agencies such as DMB&B (D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles) and Omnicom. Ms. Hudson is the former Chairman of the Board of the Ladies Professional Golf Association. Ms. Hudson is a graduate of Dartmouth College

She is a member of the Board of Directors of NVIDIA Corporation and Modern Times Group MTG AB.

Ms. Hudson has been a member of the Board of Directors of Interpublic Group since 2011.
