Adweek 50 Honors FCB’s Vita Harris and McCann Worldgroup’s Harjot Singh

18 Dec 2023

Adweek announced its prestigious Adweek 50, which honors leaders who exemplify the best in business leadership. Among this year’s honorees are Vita Harris, Chief Strategy Officer at FCB Global, and Harjot Singh, Global Chief Strategy Officer at McCann & McCann Worldgroup.

Vita Harris envisions impacting both agency business and life by championing upstream inclusion. Recognizing the interconnectedness of agency success and diversity, Harris incorporates voices from underrepresented groups to develop ideas that resonate universally. FCB’s impactful work for clients like Bank of Montreal, Kimberly-Clark and Walmart is a testament to Harris’s strategic vision. Her influence extends to the industry at large, spearheading programs with HBCUs and elevating people from underrepresented groups across adland.

Harjot Singh, Global Chief Strategy Officer at McCann Worldgroup, has been a strategic leader within the agency network for over a decade. With an expanded global remit, Singh oversees all Worldgroup companies and disciplines, driving creativity and impactful results across the network. Singh’s success includes expanding creative duties for Durex and securing the Air India account for creative and marketing services. His remarkable ability to balance the art and science of brand-building contributes to McCann Worldgroup’s success at Cannes Lions, where they secured 55 awards in 2023.
