Interpublic Agencies Honored at the 2025 Ad Age A-List & Creativity Awards

Four Interpublic agencies were honored at the 2025 Ad Age A-List & Creativity Awards. IW Group was named Ad Age’s 2025 Multicultural Agency of the Year, and Deutsch, FCB NY and The Weber Shandwick Collective were recognized as Agency Standouts.

Calling authenticity and innovation IW Group’s “superpowers,” Ad Age noted that the company’s revenue grew from $22 million in 2023 to a projected $24 million last year, while remaining committed to the communities it serves, notably creating standout work for the AAPI community for AARP and Lexus. “Being involved as a grassroots community-based company has given us a lot of stamina in terms of moving along and keeping in touch with what the community is doing and what the industry is doing,” said Bill Imada, IW’s Chairman and Chief Connectivity Officer. IW was also recognized for pioneering McDonald’s first AI campaign last year to promote the Grandma McFlurry.

Deutsch was commended for achieving double-digit revenue growth by expanding existing relationships and adding to its roster of brands. Deutsch also helped fuel growth for longtime client Dr Pepper, with the “It’s A Pepper Thing” campaign, and drove Walmart+ sign-ups among parents via TikTok.

FCB NY was lauded for winning 75% of its pitches and adding 12 brands to its roster, accounting for $20 million in new revenue. The agency notably took a lead role in Interpublic’s Kellanova pitch winning Pringles, Cheez-It, Eggo and Rice Krispie Treats. The agency won Listerine and Johnson’s baby products as part of Kenvue’s review and was also recognized for its work for clients Spotify Advertising, Budweiser and Michelob Ultra.

Propelling Kellanova to “marketing excellence,” through efforts like the award-winning “edible mascot” for Pop-Tarts, the Weber Shandwick Collective was acknowledged for its outstanding work and broadening its influencer and creative remit for the client. The agency was recognized for winning new business, such as Samsung Home Entertainment, 5-hour Energy, Skrewball Whiskey and Eventbrite, and expanding its duties for Kimberly-Clark and Anheuser-Busch InBev.
