IPG was named one of “The Best Employers for Diversity 2023” by Forbes and Statista for the third year in a row. IPG was ranked seventh on the list, out of 500 companies, and was ranked first in the Media and Advertising industry.

The “Best Employers for Diversity” list was based on survey responses from about 45,000 U.S. employees and included direct recommendations where employees gave their opinions on diversity and identity in their workplaces as well as indirect recommendations, where participants evaluated other employers as well as KPIs related to diversity data and board representation.

“We are honored to be recognized for our commitment to a diverse, equitable and inclusive global organization. It is especially important that we double down on these commitments as we continue our goal of being the most inclusive holding company for all our employees and all our clients,” noted Channing Martin, Global Chief Diversity and Social Impact Officer, IPG. “As a global advertising and marketing holding company, we have the added responsibility to authentically and accurately portray and represent global consumers from every corner of the globe in every aspect of our work. We’ll continue to attract, retain and develop talent so that our teams have the unique insights and perspectives to make this a reality.”

IPG was listed on TIME and Statista’s list of the “World’s Best Companies 2023,” along with Forbes and Statista’s “America’s Best Large Employers 2023” and “Best Employers for Women 2023” lists. The company was also included for the fifth consecutive year on the FTSE4Good Index. Created by the global index and data provider FTSE Russell, the FTSE4Good Index Series tracks the performance of companies demonstrating strong Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices.
