IPG Releases 2020 Race and Gender Composition of Leadership

IPG released its 2020 U.S. EEO1 (Equal Employment Opportunity) data as part of the company’s continued commitment to transparency around diversity, equity, and inclusion. The statistics detail the percentage of Black or African Americans, Asian and Hispanic employees we have across the executive ranks of our company in the U.S., and how our breakdown compares to the sector. We also released our statistics regarding women. The sector data includes the advertising industry, as well as professional services like law firms, accounting firms, and management consultants.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion have been a key focus at IPG for many years, and, upon publishing our EEO1 data in 2019, IPG became the first advertising holding company to release the race and gender composition of its leadership.
