IPG and its agencies were highly visible at this year’s ADCOLOR Awards in Los Angeles, with the network demonstrating its commitment to accessible communications as the official Community Partner of Disability at ADCOLOR.

Ahead of the conference, IPG and The Female Quotient kicked things off with a brunch to welcome attendees, partners and clients to ADCOLOR 2022. The brunch, which included a toast from IPG Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer Channing Martin, IPG Senior Director, Communications and Agency Partnerships Eileen Beverley, and The Female Quotient CEO Shelley Zalis, uniquely featured a community give-back experience where attendees packed meals for a local organization for women in need.

At the ADCOLOR award ceremony, our people and agencies further received recognition for their efforts to make a difference across the creative industry. Among those recognized were R/GA’s Aaron Francois, Senior Connections Strategist, who was honored as 2022 Mr. ADCOLOR, and Elyse Nganwuchu, Producer, who was distinguished as an ADCOLOR 2022 FUTURE. Additional nominees include Shaheed Peera, EVP, Global Executive Creative Partner at FCB Health; Jeff Marshall, Chief Diversity Officer, Head of Diversity, Equity & Belonging at UM; Danielle Calhoun, Vice President, Inclusive Practices at Weber Shandwick; along with FCB Chicago’s “The Hug Project” and “Unbox Me” campaigns.
