After a rebrand and the departure of its U.S. CEO in June, MullenLowe U.S. has undergone significant executive leadership changes.
The agency has announced that Javier Passerieu will now serve as President of MullenLowe West in Los Angeles, while Jordan Muse will take on the role of President of MullenLowe East — splitting his time between Boston and New York.
Additionally, Kelly Fredrickson has been promoted to Chief Culture Officer, a newly created role at the agency. This position is dedicated to cultivating a culture that fosters qualities of inquisitiveness, creativity, experimentation and a willingness to take risks. Kelly has served as President of MullenLowe U.S. since 2018 and will continue to be based in Boston while traveling between the East and West Coast offices.
These appointments align with the agency’s dedication to fostering innovation and reinvention as they strive to differentiate themselves in a highly competitive market.
“The offices operated in the past more independently and now we’re working hard to have them feel more connected and more a part of one brand, which is MullenLowe,” noted Kristen Cavallo, Global CEO of MullenLowe Group. “That doesn’t mean that they won’t have their own clients and pitch independently, but it also means that we can pull from all of our resources to support any brand pitch or any brand client. We are going to do a lot more things together.”
