The Martin Agency Elevates Jerry Hoak to Chief Creative Officer

Jerry Hoak has been appointed as the new Chief Creative Officer (CCO) at The Martin Agency, succeeding Danny Robinson who has been promoted to CEO.
Since joining The Martin Agency in 2016, Jerry has played a pivotal role in the agency’s success, contributing to significant business wins and creating impactful campaigns, . He has led pitch teams that won signature clients including DoorDash, AB InBev, Carmax, Google and Papa Johns.
With a background that includes positions at Ogilvy, Taxi and Droga5, Jerry brings a wealth of experience and a strong creative vision to his new role. As he steps into the Chief Creative Officer position, Jerry is poised to guide The Martin Agency’s creative direction and continue its legacy of delivering innovative and effective work for clients.
“Coming up with Karen [Costello] and Danny [Robinson], and just watching them lead with service and empathy and charisma has been a great learning curve for me,” Hoak told Adweek. “I am hoping that I can combine the drive and the unrelenting ambition, but also with the empathy and making sure that we keep this culture as special as it is.”
