Weber Shandwick has announced the promotion of Judith Harrison to Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Harrison, who has been with the agency for 17 years, will continue spearheading the agency’s DE&I programs while working to expand their presence beyond North America.
“We are looking to be the most inclusive agency in the business and living our values. We are making sure we have a DE&I vision that is executed globally with nuances that make sense for all of our regions,” commented Harrison.
Under Harrison’s leadership, Weber Shandwick has grown its diverse talent pipelines and has established a culture of inclusion with new programs that champion diversity and connection.
