IPG debuts its inaugural Inclusion + Impact Report, underscoring its commitment to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) across its business. With a longstanding reputation for championing diversity, this report details IPG’s bold initiatives and actions in 2022 and 2023, including the establishment of a corporate DEI team, the launch of the BELONG (Building Equity, Leveraging Opportunity, Nurturing Growth) global survey, and the introduction of the RISE strategic framework. It also emphasizes the significance of placing DEI at the center of our work and across our business as a whole.

Spearheaded by Channing Martin, Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer at IPG, the report outlines IPG’s efforts to build a diverse workforce reflective of global markets and create an inclusive culture conducive to innovation and creativity.
